    Ikilass Henry is a 24-year-old camerawoman and photojournalist. She is a single mum and has three children. She has been working as a freelancer for The Al-Arabiya television channel for the last three years and previously for Al-Masir (Destiny) – Arabic daily, The Citizen newspaper, and many more publications. 30th July 2015, Ikilass is on her way to cover the Martyrs' Day celebrations. This is a public holiday and a day of remembrance to commemorate the death anniversary of John Garang.
