    Snowy owls live in the arctic and feed on lemmings. Every 4-5 years the lemming population decreases and they fly to other regions, such as Southern BC, looking for food. This shot was taken in Boundary Bay, BC. The owls rest during the day, remaining very still regardless of rain or wind.
