While on our way back from the Annamalai Ranges,Tamil Nadu to Kottayam, Kerela; we came across this temple elephant that was walking past us with its care-takers, without a care of its surroundings. Elephants have co-existed with humans in India and the Orient for hundreds of years; so much so that they are even worshiped in certain countries. A good lesson for the world to co-exist with the wildlife around them.
