During our yearly camping trip, our journey took us to a place called Caycuse. Resting on the shores of Lake Cowichan, the area has little light pollution at night. I was walking along the beach when I happened to spot a single log amongst the rocks. This shot was accomplished using both tripod and a nearly one minute exposure time. And given that it was 10:30pm, the lighting turned out just perfect.
