Arrived at Mesa Arch 1.5 hrs before sunrise to secure the best spot. Mesa is very popular for sunrise as the underside of the arch glows red when the light is favorable. By the time the sun appeared, around 50 other people were crowded around me trying to get the shot. By using a small aperture, I was able to achieve the sunstar effect.
