    Snowy Owls come to Delta BC Canada during Late fall early winter to rest & feed on voles mice rats rabbits .They only come when there food supply is low in the Artic , there main food supply in the Artic is lemmings rabbits small birds snakes. so you might see them here every 5 or 6 years.
