Night time and not a tripod in sight. So, take a deep breath, tuck the elbows in, press the shutter button gently, and hope for the best. Tower Bridge at night is rather nice to see. About an hour after I took this shot half of the lights went out on the bridge, and remained so for the rest of our stay.
