Galapagos Smooth Billed Ani
Seen on Rabida Island in the Galapagos,Smooth-billed anis are introduced birds. They compete with native and endemic birds for territory and food, feed on insects and lava lizards, and there have been reports of smooth-billed anis attacking mockingbirds. They are the only introduced species that have the dubious honor of having a visitor site named after them, and that is why many people believe they are endemic to the Islands.
