Nga Phe Kyaung, Myanmar
More commonly known as the Jumping Cat Monastery, this temple built on stilts in Inle Lake is home to more cats than monks. While there may have been a tradition or tourist attraction of making cats perform tricks, these days the felines are mostly left alone as the monks go about their activities.
