On the last day of our safari in South Africa we went to Phinda for a night ride. It was our last hope to see lions before we had to leave. After we searched for what seemed like forever, we turned a corner and there sprawled out under a tree was a pride of lions. We were told that this lioness was the absolute best of the best in her hunting capability and we got to see her in action later that evening. It's a sight we will never forget.
