Every morning during the spring and early summer I sat sipping my coffee and watching the local wildlife in my back yard. A hawk would sit on a branch in the tree overlooking my pond each morning enjoying the sun. Once I observed her jump into an adjacent tree and grab a large snake. On this particular morning She was joined by her partner. They nested and raised three young nearby.
