The fish-gutting place is famous in Essouira and it shows how seaguls - one of the most adapted group of bird to urban environment - get their stomachs full, but there is some competition here. Essouira is often windy, so the birds can glide towards the wind just above the bite that they are all up to. It's an impatient question, where the man will throw this bite.
