    I had photographed this Cross Fox in the spring when it was only weeks old. I was lucky enough to find him again in the fall while hunting. I spent 3 1/2 weeks photographing fox dens in Yellowstone/Grand Tetons. The male of this den is a Cross Fox. A Cross Fox is a variation of the Red Fox. There were 6 kits 2 of which carried the Cross Fox Gene.
