    This picture was taken during the Sydney to Hobart boating festival in February. I took this photo without a tripod. I simply placed my Canon 7D on the threshold between the footpath and the water. Exposure was 30 seconds. Hobart's cold water does a great job of reflecting the lights onto the boats
