Two Buddhist monks are at a friendly discussion at Ruwalmali Maha Seya. This is a stupa or a pagoda (as known by the western word) and is one of the world's tallest monuments, standing at 338 feet and with a circumference of 950 feet, built by the great king Gamini Abaya in 140 B.C.
