Dec 21, SpaceX launched their "Return to Flight" Falcon-9 rocket, now new & improved, the first to launch since the loss of a SpaceX mission to deliver supplies to the International Space Station for NASA last summer. Delivering 11 Orbcomm "OG-2" satellites to orbit was the mission, but as a secondary objective SpaceX attempted to land the rocket's first stage booster on a bulls-eye a few miles south of its launch pad. The rocket hit the mark, near dead center in Landing Zone-1.
