Taken during a stroll through Mollis, Glarus, Switzerland on a sunny, snow free December afternoon. I turned down an Alley and saw this cat, basking in the sun in a very old barn. I just loved the fact that the sun brought out the wood textures but did not pierce through the window, bringing a neutral background to the cat. Some of these barns on this alley are hundreds of years old and were built for goats that would be in the mountains in Summer and have a warm retreat in Winter.
