To be honest, I have no clue what exactly was the reason for this celebration. I stumbled upon a procession of women while wondering the old town maze of Delhi. There were a few men marching in front with big drums, and about a couple dozen women in festive clothes following them. The procession was accompanied by cheering citizens of all ages; and me, the only cluelessly excited outsider.
