Wellington’s street festival CubaDupa, organised in and around its iconic Cuba Street celebrates café culture, arts and the universal right to be different. Many bands were playing from multiple stages or shops adapted to serve that purpose which enthusiastically complemented dancing groups and buskers, turning the event into a full on sensory extravaganza.
