Her name is "Maya". She belongs to the Kalbelia Tribe of Rajasthan. They are known as "The Gypsies" of the hindu cast. The Kabelia tribes earn their livelihood performing the folk dance to the tourists who visit The Pushkar Camel Fair which is held annually.
