Panagbenga (blooming of the Flowers)/ Baguio Flower Festival is an annual festival that is held in Baguio City that celebrates the season of spring in the Cordilleras of the Philippines. It is a month long festival showcasing the culture and products of the Northern Provinces culminating with a grand street parade with Marching band and Field demonstration competitions, such as in this photo.
