    Walking along the shore of Tampa Vay, we happened on a large group of commercial fishermen with gill nets catching mullet full of roe. With little commercial value in the United States, the skiffs catch the mullet, take it to the larger boat visible in the background of the photo, where the roe is harvested and iced to be shipped to the FarcEast, where it brings top dollar.
