Celebrating Vaisahki
One of the most important holy days in the Sikh religion, Vaisahki involves taking down the temple flagpole, stripping off the old cloth, re-wrapping the flagpole with new cloth, replacing the old temple flag and tying the new flagpole wrappings with ribbons. On this day, men wear orange turbans and women wear orange attire.
