Prairie Sun Dogs
The first sub-zero temps of January 2016 plus blowing snow in a stiff wind produced beautiful sun dogs for much the late afternoon of January 9th. I stopped to catch this image with a lone barn right before sunset west of Worthing, South Dakota.
