Easter Sunday last year walking on the beach I came across an entire log covered in these little guys. You could see the speckled texture spread along it's surface from a distance down shore. A very interesting site, such beautiful shells. I tried to identify the species but I have been unable to so far. If someone knows the species I welcome you to comment with the name.
