At Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California, I was in awe of the olympic size Neptune Pool, adorned with an ancient Roman Temple and Ancient Roman Revival and Greek Revival style fountains, sculptures, marble pavilions, and alabaster lanterns. Surrounded by the Santa Lucia Mountains, this magnificent estate and main house, were just breathtaking. I wanted to jump right into the pool and imagine myself swimming and sunbathing in the hot summer sun of California.
