Anchor Point, is my favorite place to photograph Bald Eagles, out off all the places I have visited so far on my Alaskan adventures over the past few years. I was extremely lucky to find this Baldie who was very comfortable with my presence and let me take my photographs like we were in a studio setting. As a wildlife photographer, I know that these opportunities are rare and will probably never happen again. This set, was shot at 1200mm, keeping a safe and ethical distance from my subject.
