These poor people are forced to work outdoors in the harsh conditions over diesel-powered engines. The temperature is 5 degrees Celsius and this is right out in the open with no heating whatsoever. These labourers work at less than $1 a day with all sorts of farming tools with no healthcare or old age pension or any other sort of benefits.
