    This replica of the Vickers Vimy is photographed during its last flight. It redid 3 iconic flights from the past: UK-Australia; Atlantic crossing and UK-South-Africa. It has seen many adventures. And shooting it was an adventure on its own!

    Super frame Giel! I really like it. The biplane fills the frame. I don't often talk about editing in post, but here your manipulation in such a beautiful timely way, works so well with such an old aircraft. Your composition of the biplane is excellent too. I particularly love how the top tail fin wing just fits into the top of the photograph. Attention to detail - perfect!
