    While visiting New Zealand, I joined a group of people who were trekking across Fox Glacier. It's the first time I had walked in a place that required wearing crampons. While making our way across a section of ice at one of the higher altitudes, I spotted this group below. They were fortunate to have someone at the front breaking up the ice and creating a safe path! Despite the ice and cold, it's interesting to note that several people are wearing shorts!
