My wife and I had just completed a dining at Alinea in Chicago, and having seen that I used my camera all evening to document the experience (and dining at Alinea is an EXPERIENCE!), the host invited us to view their kitchen in action. We saw an amazing number of chefs & sous chefs preparing a great diversity of courses, seemingly chaotic, yet organized. The photo was taken without a flash on a Nikon D-40x with the standard 18.0 - 55.0 mm f/3.5-5.6 lens at ISO 1600, f/4.5, 1/60 without flash.
