I placed a black rock on the black leather couch and photographed it. I then transferred the digital photo to the computer and made a print of it. I then placed the same rock on the print and took this photo. The print image of the rock was slightly larger than the actual rock. HDR. The bracketed exposures in both photos were merged with the 'creative' preset in Photomatix which emphasized the texture and made the image slightly bluish. Like Magritte's pipe painting, this rock is not a rock.
