stayed at a homestead in sapa, northern vietnam, stir a few curious local tribes checking on intruders in their village. it was winter, the place was absolutely freezing cold. damped with winter mist & rains, i was constantly in wet clothes. no heating but the owners cooking logs in the middle of the chalet/hut. you can just see the cold air from the childs breathing, quite an experienced to endure but one must try how they live
