Poise and grace
A Bharatnatyam dancer. Bharatnatyam is one of India's oldest classical dance forms, hailing from the southern state of Tamil Nadu, and is known for its intricacies. It is also known for its heavy dependence on Carnatic music, a form of South Indian classical music.
'Bharatnatyam, it is said, is the embodiment of music in visual form, a ceremony, and an act of devotion. Dance and music are inseparable forms; only with Sangeetam (music) can dance be conceptualised'
-paraphrased, from Wikipedia
