    I took and snapped this picture just at the right moment. I was with my dad in the back of his truck taking pictures of these birds in the wildlife refuge he pretty much created. My dad is a waste water treatment supervisor but this refuge has been in the back of his work since the 70s but hadn't really "taken off" until he took the project over. They went from one 8 inch pipe trying to flood a small area to four 20 inch pipes and the enclosure has taken off. I'm quite proud.
