My son asked if I would like to go watch the sunrise from on top of Mount Maunganui or what the locals call, "The Mount"? The hike down from the top of The Mount proved to be as interesting as the hike going up. The walk up was in the dark so, everything looked different in daylight. Someone obviously has a talent I don't have in the way they were able to fold and tie this blade of Pampas grass or Toetoe. If anyone knows the meaning of this beautiful work of art I would appreciate knowing.
