This woman was hanging out outside the Yap-SanDiego Heritage House in Cebu City. She was standing turned away from me, when she turned and immediately made eye contact and waved. Chicken skin moment...Reportedly built by Chinese merchants, the house is one of the oldest in the Philippines. I found it interesting that she took the time to apply makeup (a little heavy with the blush). Its amazing how a split second of eye contact can leave a lifetime of memories.
