Carlsbad Caverns National Park - A formation in the Big Room of Carlsbad Caverns, 755 feet below ground. Shot while zooming in to create the warping effect. The caverns are incredibly breathtaking, but dark and difficult to capture with no tripod. The stop at Carlsbad was on the first leg of the road trip on which I proposed to my (now) wife, to whom I have now been married for five years and with whom I recently celebrated the birth of our first daughter.
