    Who are we not to be great? Before MLK was the great speaker that he is revered for today, he was an “average” college student. Having received a C grade on his very first oratory exam, he could have mundanely accepted that he was not as gifted, eloquent, or talented enough to pursue his passion. But when the Civil Rights Movement needed a voice he said yes. MLK was a simple man who chose to be great.
