    I bought small peppers to cook with, because when I buy large ones, so much ends up spoiling before I can use it! Yet when I looked at what I had left, when I chopped up the little peppers for my Pescada a la Veracruzana, look at how much is still left, all going to waste. (Really, really, I must start composting! And gardening--all of those seeds!) I am a victim of the culture of waste! Time to turn it around!
