    I took the shot of this beautiful Solar Halo with parhelia (also called sun dogs) near Stanstead, Quebec, Canada, at 8:20am. It was -25°C (-13°F), this kind of cold is what produces this phenomenon, it happens when the sun interacts with the crystallized water in the atmosphere. (12/Feb/2016)
