I put some blueberries in the tray and this Mockingbird showed up to feast on them. This is the first of two consecutive photos of the eating process. Prior to this shot, the bird was trying to "break" the fruit by holding it at the tip of the beak and hitting it against the tray. Maybe he thought this was a nut?
