Last fall 2015 I spent a few weeks in the Gaspesie national park, in Quebec, to film the moose for an up coming wildlife documentary. I was trekking in this area when I saw these three moose standing together on the middle of a forest road. i approached the bulls very slowly, hiding myself in the bushes on the side of the road. I could take this photo when I was less than 300 feet form the bulls. They stayed there for more than one hour.
