A homeless man on the Oceanside Pier. He was searching the garbage pulling out refuse. With every item he removed he would let out a scream. He did this as people look on and watched. I was with my Wife and children walking the pier and as we hear the screams coming from this man my Wife was at first startled and scared. We took a moment to stop and see what was going on. As I took the shot of this man, he found a drink mostly full in the garbage. No scream this time, he look thankful and calm.
