I was a bit shocked to see this as we pulled up to the lights. The poor dog was looking at me as if to say... "help get me outta here". I had to wonder where the others were. I don't know whether it is better for them to be able to stick their heads out and see outside or not at all. Regardless, I did not like what I saw.
