It was one of those very rare moments when all the stars collide at the right time. It was winter in NYC, Times Square was practically empty, A Batman character walks by, I have film loaded in my Mamiya TLR camera but I have no clue what film it is or what my exposure was set to. I just turned and shot, I had no idea if this image would even be in focus. Imagine my surprise when I got my film scans from the lab!
