In Kompong Phhluk, there are few young people work as boatman, they receive very low payment from the government' s organisation, therefore their income mainly rely on tips from tourist. During the dry season in Cambodia there will be relatively less visitors, and the catches will see a significant drop, which leads to an even tougher time for their livings.
