Facade of Silvacane Abbey
Silvacane was originally founded in 12th-13th century in Romanesque style including some Gothique elements, so you can see the transition from Romanesque style towards Gothique in the structure of the abbey. I was impressed by the white stone facade with green leaves of the big platanus under the blue sky. The small tree is adorable with its shadow by the strong sunlight of Provence. I captured this photo in La Roque-d’Anthéron, in Provence, France.
