    Reported by:

A farmer had just seeded his field on the upper banks of the Battle River in eastern Alberta north of Wainright. Suddenly a huge section of the land slid more than 500 feet towards the valley bottom. This is a view of what has since grown over the area which is nearly a mile wide. http://www.mdwainwright.ca/index.php/parks-attractions/koroluk-landslide
