Jazirat Al Hamra, the deserted village south of RAK, created in the 14th century. it is known in Arabic with another name, literally translates into Ghost Town. most of the houses were built from coral rag, The roofs were constructed from palm trunks. The younger building were built from bricks of crushed coral. This town is so famous for being haunted that people have different stories to tell. we got there by 6.30am & the cloudy sky after a drizzle, welcomed us with some dramatic scenes.
